We are so lucky to have found At Home. A year after being diagnosed with ALS, we knew it was time that I got a caregiver to help at home. They were able to work around our schedule which was a relief. From day one, I felt completely comfortable and safe with Annie. I look forward to the days that Annie comes over. At Home has allowed me to continue staying at home and it has allowed my husband to go to work and not worry about me. Thank you!!

After another agency didn't fulfill their commitment to send a CNA, At Home came through sending us caring, professional CNA's with outstanding attention to detail. We used JourneyCare Hospice and I wrote them to include At Home on their list of recommended agencies. They deserve it!

Words alone cannot express my sincere appreciation to "At Home, Home Service Solutions" and their staff for the exceptional service they brought me and my wife of 55 years within the last year of her life. If you are reading this, you know how difficult it is to decide how to best serve your loved one as advanced dementia sets in and their situation deteriorates. Originally I used other services in an attempt to keep her at home, but their staff gave up on us. I then placed my wife in a long term facility which were disappointed to find made her combative. Thanks to the director of the facility who was familiar with "At Home, Home Solutions", a smaller extremely personal Elder Care service which does not advertise but relies on word of mouth referrals, recommended we reach out them to see if they could recommend services to add to my wife’s care plan. Their recommendation to add a 24/7 care giver to my wife’s care plan was implemented and Andrea arrived within the day. Even through rages of anger that she was originally subjected to, Andrea remained calm and in a state of constant care giving. To make a long story short, my wife then suffered a stroke, my wife then suffered a debilitating stroke, was put on Hospice and then we brought my wife and care giver home so my wife could pass in a familiar setting. During the time our caregiver spent working with my wife on a 24/7 basis, Andrea remained calm, was so very compassionate by nature and always caring. Andrea provided my wife with much needed companionship and conversation, medication support and assistance with her incontenance as well as served as her nutritionist. I firmly believe that because of her sincere willingness to help and sincere caring, Andrea made my wife’s life easier than it would have been otherwise. Once again, I can’t thank "At Home, Home Service Solutions", owners Erin and Tess, and their caregiver enough for working together along with Hospice as a team – both on the physical and emotional basis. You won’t be disappointed if you use them.

We have had the best experience with Erin & Tess at “At Home Service Solutions “ and the angel they sent to take care of our mother. Fe is the most caring, patient and loving caregiver we have ever had and we are sure our mother is alive because of her constant attentiveness to moms needs. I’ve had to deal with other agencies & I’ve never had an experience as good as I’ve had with Erin & Tess!! Put your trust in them, and you won’t be disappointed !!

At Home is always professional and caring when taking care of my loved ones!

Our family needed a caregiver for our mom back in October, 2019. A friend told me to call Erin and we did. She was professional, warm, and helpful. She found us a great team of 2 women to help with our mom that works wonderfully! Our family highly recommends At Home , Home Service Solutions when care is needed for any seniors in your life . We have had five star service and could not do what we do without them !
